The number of fat cells stored in our bodies typically remains constant throughout our adult life. Weight loss is attributed to fat cells shrinking, not losing them entirely. As we lose weight, the size of fat cells becomes smaller, but typically does not decrease. However, when we start eating more, the fat cells fill up again. Most of us have stubborn pockets of fat that seem impossible to lose even with diet and exercise. Some of us have difficulty losing weight in certain trouble areas such as the abdominal “pooch”, the flank ” love handles”, the back ” angels wings”, and the double chins.
WHAT IS SCULPSURE ?

HOW DOES SCULPSURE WORK ?
SculpSure delivers laser light through the skin to heat up and damage fat cell, while simultaneously cooling the skin. HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RESUME NORMAL ACTIVITIES?
There is no downtime with SculpSure. So, you can have the treatment at any time and return to normal activities.
WHAT IS THE RECOVERY LIKE ?
After the treatment, mild swelling is common along with mild tenderness or the area may feel slightly bruised. Occasionally mild firmness in the treated areas might develop and will subside over several weeks. Tenderness typically may last a week or two. During this time, normal work and exercise are encouraged.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS ?
The fat cells are destroyed during your 25-minute treatment but your body must then eliminate the damaged fat cell. You should see results as early as 6 weeks following treatment as the body gets rid of the destroyed fat cells (10-23 % on the area treated), with optimal results seen at 12 weeks. For some, it might take longer. Individual results may vary. Any specific claims or permanence length of results vary for each patient and are not guaranteed.
HOW LONG WILL THE RESULS LAST ?
Treated fat cells are permanently destroyed during the treatment, removed from your body and will not regenerate. It is similar to what happens in liposuction elimination. If your weigh is stable, the fat should not come back to the area treated.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FAT LOSS & WEIGHT LOSS
After the SculpSure treatment, the destroyed fat cells will never return and the body will not make new fat cells to replace the destroyed ones. Compare to losing weight, the size of the fat cells become smaller but typically do not decrease in number. That is why even with diet and exercise, many people have difficulty losing fat in these trouble areas.
